Problems signing on?
If you need help signing in, please consider the following:
1. You may be having difficulty signing on because of a problem with your email/username:
- Your email/username cannot contain extra spaces.
- Try typing your email/username again - (sounds simple - but spelling errors happen to the best of us!)
2. Are you using a browser that doesn't support cookies, or do you have cookies disabled?
- Your browser must support cookies, and the option must be enabled to sign in.
To enable cookies:
Internet Explorer 6
Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
Click the Privacy tab, then Click Advanced.
Click to select Override automatic cookie handling.
From First-party Cookies, click to select Accept.
From Third-party Cookies, click to select Accept.
Click to select Always allow session cookies. Click OK.
Netscape v. 6.2
Click Edit from your browser toolbar.
Click Preferences.
Click the Privacy & Security tab.
Scroll to Cookies section.
Click the Enable all cookies option.
Other browsers
To see if your browser supports cookies, and for detailed instructions about how to enable this feature, see the online Help for your browser.
If your browser does not support cookies, you will need to update to a newer browser.
