The homeowners association of the Keystone Tennis Townhomes voted to remodel the complex's 14 buildings to increase their energy efficiency. The original roof insulation provided only an average of R-19, which was increased to approximately R-38 with SIPs. 52,300 square feet of R-Control® SIPs completed the project in 5 weeks, half of what was originally projected.
