R-Control® EPS
Concrete Void Fillers for poured-inplace
and precast concrete systems

performance is achieved in a built-in,
protected, and cost-effective step.
R-Control EPS has been used as:
concrete sandwich panel cores,
block-outs/knock-outs, volume voids
for poured-in-place formed systems,
custom pattern forms for surface texturing,
forms for custom parts, and more. R-Control
EPS can be made in large or small, thick or thin
sections. It can be custom cut in sizes ranging from
a few square inches to 2' x 4' x 16'. Patterns for
custom projects are easily produced on computeraided
cutting equipment.

Specifications
R-Control EPS Concrete Void Fillers will be provided in
Types, size and thickness as shown in drawings and
specifications, and as approved in manufacturer's
shop drawings.
Special shapes, surface cuts or texture will be integrally
fabricated by the concrete void manufacturer.
Use only fastening, adhesive, and concrete release
materials recommended for use with EPS insulation.
