performance. Our custom designed Insulated Shipping Containers provide
the perfect balance of thermal value and protection. Whatever your

Civil, Structural, Geotechnical and Transportation EngineeringWhen
your engineering challenges require a solution that combines a strong
and reliable light weight material with high compressive resistance and
flexural strength, ACH Foam Technologies’ EPS is the solution for your
needs. Other materials such as foamed concrete, waste tires, soil,
woodchips and wood fiber have higher densities but cannot be used for
specific applications and have limitations in their use and handling.

Packaging and OEM EngineeringFully automated
CNC fabricating machines and in-house CMM capabilities allows our team
of technical professionals to engineer innovative and cost effective
products with faster and more efficient cycle times. Parts can be
customized to be more or less resilient depending on how you need to
transfer impact through the part away from the product. Flexible Foam’s
elasticity produces memory capabilities, making it perfect for products
that need to resist repeated impacts. EPS and Flexible Foam are
available in a variety of sizes and densities. ISO 9001:2000 certified
(Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa).
Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is
recyclable, environmentally friendly and contains no CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs
or formaldehyde. Construction and architectural projects employing EPS
